E-Procurement: improve the suppliers relationship
A Supplier Relationship Management solution for the telecommunciation industry
The reason behind this request was the need for Vodafone to simplify and improve the effectiveness of the procurement relationship managmenet. This was accomplished through the adoption of a solution that allow to the external supplier to be autonomous in the subsequent operations:
- Supplier data insertion
- Contracts manamagement
- Purchase process management
- Invoice entering
The project consisted in the realization of a web based instrument (internet portal) for the management of the communication between the business functions and the external users, for the support to the administrative, accounting functions, for the management of the passive cycle, for the workflow activation related to the invoice monitoring and for the implementation of the archiviation and digital firm for contracts, orderds and invoices.
